What is Suiites?
An email list that watches top-rated 4–5★ hotels in a handful of US cities and tells you when one drops far below the price we've been seeing for the same dates. Think “5★ hotels at 3★ prices” — but only when it's actually true.
Is it free?
Yes. We're in a free founding-member phase. If we ever introduce a paid plan, we'll tell you first and you'll decide whether to stay — nothing changes automatically.
How do you decide something is a deal?
We record prices for each hotel and check-in date many times a day. A deal has to beat both the median of our own recent observations for those exact dates and the hotel's typical price for that kind of night, by a wide margin, and hold on more than one date. Then a person reviews it before anything is sent.
What does “usual price” mean?
It's the median of prices we actually recorded for that hotel and those dates — never a made-up “was” price or a rack rate.
Do your prices include resort fees?
Yes. Every price we show is the total including mandatory hotel fees (like resort or destination fees). Taxes are listed separately. We skip hotels where we can't get reliable fee information.
Do you sell hotel rooms?
No. We're a referrer. Our links send you to a booking partner, and we may earn a commission if you book. That never influences which deals we send.
Which cities do you cover?
Las Vegas, Miami, New York City, Los Angeles and Chicago to start. Pick up to five and we'll only email you about those.
How often will you email me?
Only when there's a real deal in your cities. That could be a few times a month or not at all for a while. You can pause for 30, 60 or 90 days or unsubscribe in one click from any email.
