What we collect
- Your email address, home city and the destination cities you choose.
- A record of your consent (time, the text you agreed to, IP address and browser user agent).
- Email delivery events (delivered, opened, bounced, complained) from our email provider.
- Clicks on deal links, so we can measure which deals are useful and attribute partner commissions.
- Basic, privacy-friendly website analytics.
How we use it
To send you the alerts you asked for, keep our list healthy, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run Suiites: database hosting (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), website hosting (Vercel), and analytics/error monitoring. Booking partners receive an anonymous reference code when you click a deal, not your email address.
Your choices
Change your cities, pause, or unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email or from your account. Signed-in members can download a copy of their data (JSON) and delete their account from the account menu.
What deleting your account removes — and what we keep
- Removed: your profile (email, name, home city), preferences, followed hotels, booking reports and any photos you uploaded, referral links, and your sign-in account.
- Kept, without a link to your profile: consent records (the text you agreed to, when, IP address and browser), which we must keep as proof of consent; anonymous email delivery and click counts per deal; and city votes.
- Kept: hotel price observations behind deals we sent (no personal data), for two years.

Retention
We keep consent records as long as needed to demonstrate compliance. Price records that support a deal we sent are kept for two years.
